Delivery and returns policy
We aim to despatch the Products within 14 days of the date of order. The Products will usually be delivered within 5 working days of despatch. Occasionally this may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control.

We hope you will never need to return anything to Headstart Languages however, if you find you need to please read the following.
Please note that all returned items must have been looked after with care, returned in their original packaging and with any free or promotional material. If the value of the goods has diminished while in your possession then we may not be able to refund the full purchase price to you.
If you are a consumer then the following will apply:
You may return any item you have purchased with the exception of audio CDs and DVDs which have been unsealed. To do so you must, within 14 days of the date of delivery of the goods, notify us in writing (either by email or by filling in the cancellation form Cancellation Form). If you do not notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery then you will lose your right to a refund.
Once you have notified us in writing then you must return the goods as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date on which you notified us of your intention to cancel the contract.
You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the items to us. If any items delivered were not what you ordered, we will, as soon as practicable, deliver to you a replacement item. If we request the item(s) sent by mistake to be returned we will provide you with a Royal Mail Freepost envelope or organise a courier to return the items.
If you are returning the Products because they are damaged or faulty then please include a written explanation of the fault or damage.

If you are a school or business customer then the following will apply:
If you are a school or business customer, you may only return the Products if they are faulty or not what you ordered. If you wish to return the Products to us because they are faulty or not in accordance with your order then you must notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Dunraven, Clifford Road, Boston Spa, Wetherby, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS23 6DB within:
- 3 working days of delivery if the goods are not what you ordered; or
- as soon as possible after you discover the fault.
If you are e-mailing us or writing to us please include details of your order to help us to identify it.
You must return the Products promptly after notifying us that you intend to do so. On receipt of the Products we will refund the price of the Products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
