Event Tickets When you book an event ticket online we will add your name(s) to our list of participants which the event leader will have at the event. Please retain a copy of your Paypal confirmation receipt as proof of purchase, although it is not necessary for you to bring this with you. Delivery Delivery is included in the price for each of our items when sending to mainland UK. If you live outside mainland UK, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can advise you of any additional delivery charges. We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. In the event of a delay in sending your order we will contact you to inform you. Each of our items will be delivered via Royal Mail and will not require a signature. If you would like us to send an item by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery please contact us and we will advise you of any additional charges. For any queries regarding delivery of an item, please contact us as below. Any claims for lost or damaged goods should be referred to us as soon as possible. Refund/Cancellation Policy We regret that we are unable to refund items from our online shop - unless, in the case of an event, we are able to resell that ticket.
