Ordering

Orders can be placed via our secure online shop, payment is then processed via PayPal. Alternatively customers may wish to contact us to discuss other payment methods.

Delivery

Our standard delivery charges are as follows:

Orders under £100.00 excluding vat - £5.00
Orders over £100.00 excluding vat - Free delivery

Standard delivery applies to all of the UK except for the Isles of Man, Wight & Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles and Scottish Highland & Island postcodes PH10-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. In these cases we reserve the right to contact you if necessary and advise you of an additional charge for delivery.

We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days provided that all items are in stock. If any items are out of stock when we receive your order we may despatch part of the order with the remaining goods to follow. In the event of a delay in sending you your order we will contact you to inform you.

Please note that if you express a preference regarding the orchard from which you would like to purchase your RealDrink product we will do our best to fulfill your order as required. However, if supplies from your preferred orchard are not available we will make up the order with product from the orchard that most closely matches your expressed preference.

Small items are sent by Royal Mail, heavier parcels will be sent out by carrier and will be delivered between Monday & Friday, and a signature will be required for these parcels.

Queries regarding orders and delivery should be referred to our Customer Services Dept on 01803 782217. Any claims for lost or damaged goods should be referred to us as soon as possible, whenever possible we will replace damaged or missing items or provide a refund.

Our Guarantee

All of our products have been selected for their quality and value and should reach you in perfect condition. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible in order for us to either replace the item for you or provide a refund. We reserve the right to replace products with similar items of the same or higher quality when necessary.

Complaints

It is our aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days. We will provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the issue and keep you advised of progress. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy, we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons, firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we collect about you includes your name, address, telephone number and email.
